Run & Rise 5K
Join us for the Run & Rise 5K, an outdoor community event designed to bring movement, energy, and connection together in one unforgettable experience.
The 5K will take place along the scenic McDade Recreational Trail, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Delaware Water Gap area. Whether you choose to run, jog, or walk, this course is an opportunity to challenge yourself while enjoying the outdoors and the energy of the people around you.
But the experience doesn’t end at the finish line. After the race, stick around and celebrate with us! The event will feature food trucks, local vendors, music, and a welcoming gathering area where participants, friends, and family can hang out, refuel, shop, and enjoy the day together.
